Commercial Terms (Standard)
Incoterms offered: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF (tailored to buyer preference).
Standard payment terms: 30% TT upon acceptance of Proforma Invoice (PI) and 70% against presentation of BL copy for containers OR 70% against NOR at POD for bulk shipments.
Price validity, lead time and delivery schedule confirmed on Proforma Invoice.
Samples and test reports supplied prior to shipment where required.
