COMMERCIAL TERMS (STANDARD)
Available Incoterms: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF — tailored to buyer preference.
Payment terms (standard): 30% TT upon acceptance of Proforma Invoice (PI) and 70% against presentation of Bill of Lading (BL) copy for containers OR 70% against NOR at POD for bulk shipments.
Price validity, loading window and delivery schedule confirmed on Proforma Invoice.
Samples, technical data and pre-shipment inspection terms available and detailed on PI.
HOW TO REQUEST AN OFFER
To receive a formal Proforma Invoice, please provide:
• Product name and specification (e.g., Paraxylene PX commercial grade)
• Quantity (MT)
• Destination port / delivery location
• Preferred Incoterm and packing (ISO tank / flexitank / drums / tanker)
• Desired delivery window and inspection instructions
Our commercial team will issue PI with price, loading window, payment terms, validity and inspection plan.
