Typical Specifications

  • Viscosity ranges: ISO VG 22 to 680 (select per product)

  • Base oil groups: I, II, III and synthetics where required

  • Performance standards: API, ACEA, ISO, SAE, DIN, JASO as applicable

  • Tests & certificates: Certificate of Analysis (COA), MSDS, lab test reports provided with shipment

Packaging & Delivery

  • Bulk parcels / tanker loads — large-volume deliveries for plants and distributors.

  • Drums — 180 kg or 205 L steel drums, shrink-wrapped on pallets.

  • IBCs — 1,000 L intermediate bulk containers for faster handling.

  • ISO tanks — for clean liquid grades and export packing.

  • Containerized loads — 20’/40’ container options with safe loading procedures.

Packing is matched to product type, destination handling, and customer preference to ensure product integrity.

Quality Assurance & Testing

  • Third-party inspection and laboratory testing available (SGS / Intertek / Bureau Veritas).

  • COA, MSDS and full test reports provided with every shipment.

  • Blending and filling done under strict QC protocols; traceable batch documentation.

  • OEM- and industry-specific approvals managed on request.

  • Strategic storage and bonded tanks in Hamriyah and selected African terminals for fast distribution.

  • Full logistics package: export documentation, port agency, customs support and inland delivery coordination.

Commercial Terms & Payment

  • Incoterms available: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF — tailored to buyer request.

  • Standard payment terms: 30% TT upon Proforma Invoice (PI) and 70% against BL copy for containers OR 70% against NOR at POD for bulk shipments.

  • Price validity, packing, lead time and loading window detailed on PI.

  • Samples, lab reports and pre-shipment inspection terms included on request.

How to Request an Offer

Provide the following to receive a formal Proforma Invoice:

  1. Product name and specification (e.g., Hydraulic Oil ISO VG 46)

  2. Quantity (MT or L)

  3. Destination port / delivery address

  4. Preferred Incoterm and packing (bulk / drums / IBC / ISO)

  5. Desired delivery window and inspection requirements

  6. Any OEM or industry standard approvals required
